We want your Pixiepin order to arrive correctly and work as expected. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item should be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original accessories and packaging where possible.
How to request a return
Contact us with your order number, email address, reason for return, and photos or video if the item arrived damaged or defective.
Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Because we dropship, the return address may vary by supplier or fulfillment partner.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video so we can review the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after a damage/defect claim is approved.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item.
Non-returnable situations
Returns may be declined if the request is made after 7 days, the item is damaged from misuse, accessories are missing, or the product shows signs of heavy use.
Custom files, uploaded artwork, and user-created badge content are not part of the physical product return.
